Literature Text

The world is too quiet,
The only language is silence.
Your the last one standing,
Try to talk, but the silence is demanding.
You wish you could sing,
But darkness is the thing that it seems to bring.
You wish for a friend, but they are all gone,
The only thing you wish for is to see the dawn.

Your alone,
The seeds of disappointment have been sown.
I get afraid, but what can that do for me,
I want my voice and my family, and that's a plea.
Try to help me, in my loneliness,
Even if we know that it's hopeless.
Help me, help me, as best as you can,
The best thing to do before you give up, is to have a plan.

I love that last flicker of hope you put in the end. I also can relate to concept of being surrounded by a sea of voices (including love ones) and no one can hear your screams.

I'm not sure if this was inspired from personal experiences or just good poetry but its the first time someone pulled something from the deep spaces of my head. It has a mellifluent clarity.

If its from experience, well the next time you feel this way, remember that your lonely thoughts are as beautiful as day.
